Hear how spirituality, action and being open have revealed her path for her.

I was very appreciative when the thought struck me one day of when did I decide that the negative of what my head was saying is the truth? And why is it so much easier for me to believe that than something positive.

For me it is a daily challenge and commitment to not buy into that.  It does get easier with practice and I do feel most of the time that my thinking is in a much more positive space.  However right now the practice for me is to keep up with my affirmations and actions when I am not seeing a direct result instantly.

So instead of doing it alone I thought I would put out an affirmaction challenge for both myself and for anyone else to recommit to their affirmations and actions for the next 30 days.

Getting into our good feeling, loving, allowing, faith, grateful and abundant space.  Using whatever tools works best for us.  And taking intuitive daily actions from that space.

And maybe keeping an evidence journal of the wonderful things that do shift and happen over the next 30 days.

Not only is this interview insightful and engaging but Dr Robert’s humor, honesty and clarity are a joy to listen too. So take some time and be inspired to be all that you can be.

It really got me thinking how this is it.  These are the moments we look back on and remember. And how quickly these moments can pass us by as we are often quickly onto the next.  In our fast paced world we have so many options and so much to see and do.  All in a day at times.  That life can seem like a big to do list.  A great enjoyable to do list but many times pushing us to be in the future.  Never fully embracing what is right this second.

My challenge and I offer the same to you is “How in the moment can we be?”  “How can we practice truly being present and right where we are?”  Not in this evenings dinner plans or yesterdays business meeting but fully immerse ourselves in the experience that is now.  And if you are like me this can be challenging at times because I have spent most of my life completely out of the now, in my thinking, planning and doing anything else I could do sometimes to avoid feelings.

The great thing is that the reward for being in the now is both real and better than anything I could even hope to find through my perpetual doing.  For me being in the moment is where peace of mind, solutions and faith reside.

We really do have it all if we can stop, pause and absorb all the wonder that can only truly be found right now.
