Is it comfortable for you if your life is fine, good or okay? Or do you feel the need, as most of us do, to point out what is missing, what we do not have, or what is not right with ourselves and in our lives?
It seems that the acceptable way for us to connect during our conversations is to point out what is wrong, what we are working on and what we need to fix so that THEN everything will be okay.
Maybe today we can try focusing on letting ourselves just be okay.
It would be a much happier space to live from don’t you think?
And by the way it’s okay for you and everything to be okay.
Enjoy
